FELCO PASSION 2009

Big names in finance and banking in difficulty, currencies swinging up and down like a yo-yo, US and European auto industries in a slump, economies in recession, households concerned for their buying power. All experts agree on one point, if nothing else: this is the worst economic and financial crisis the world has seen in the last sixty years.

Since its earliest days, FELCO has always sought to make the best use of resources and minimise its impact on the environment. For Laurent Perrin, the Managing Director, there is hardly any room for improvement, as the recycling of materials is systematically undertaken at all stages of production. Discussions are still taking place on how to optimise certain packaging.

FELCO SA has decided to strengthen its presence on the African continent. A subsidiary under the name FELCO Africa Ltd opened its doors in Bellville, South Africa, on 1 January 2009. This is the fifth FELCO subsidiary worldwide after Germany, Australia, Belgium and France.
